Stage 1 — check the employer and the offer
Stage 1 is a paper match, not a celebration. Write the legal employer name, job title, basic salary, hours, housing, transport, and who arranges the visa. Those words should stay stable across chat, PDF, and later official records.

Stage 2 — work permit or entry process
Stage 2 is the employer’s UAE filing. Names differ in everyday talk: work permit, employment visa, entry permit. You do not need to win a vocabulary contest. You do need to know that the sponsor side usually starts the filing, and that you should not buy a freelance “work visa” from a stranger.
You will be asked for documents at this stage. Send what is requested, in the format requested. Do not send extra scans “to be helpful”. Extra files create mismatches and leak personal data.

India has its own overseas-employment rules. They depend on your passport category and on how the recruitment is organised. This page cannot declare whether your passport is ECR or ECNR. Keep copies of the offer, the contract, travel papers, and any receipt. Onboarding is site induction: safety, attendance, housing rules, dining times, and the first supervised tasks.
