Jobs and roles

Which warehouse job suits you?

This matcher looks at how you like to move, check quantities and change tasks. The result is a best role match, not a guaranteed assignment. After training, a supervisor may still place you on a different task.

About 3 minutes. This is not an employer, visa or medical decision. Last reviewed 4 September 2026.

Role matcher cards for warehouse helper, picker, packer and assistant.

We do not ask for your passport number, OTP, bank details or document scans. Answers stay in your browser unless you later open the application form.

How the match is scored

Each answer adds affinity points to Picker, Packer, Helper or Assistant. We do not use age, gender, nationality or medical data. A close second score is shown as a secondary match.

What each role usually does

A picker walks to a location, matches a SKU and quantity, then hands the tote on. A packer checks condition, quantity and labels before sealing. A helper supports several zones. An assistant may mix receiving, counts and staging — the exact mix depends on the site.

Frequently asked questions

Will I get the role the quiz named?

Not automatically. It is a preference match for your application, not a placement.

Can I apply as Flexible?

Yes. Choose “any suitable warehouse position” on the form if you can learn more than one task.

Is one role easier?

No. Walking, repetition and attention load differ. Read the comparison guide.
